A luxury master bathroom transformation featuring a dark slate feature wall, calacatta marble accents, a fluted oak double vanity with arched LED-backlit mirrors, freestanding soaking tub with gold deck-mount faucet, and a walk-in shower with river pebble floor.
This San Jose master bathroom was transformed into a true spa retreat. The design centers on a dramatic dark slate tile feature wall that anchors both the open walk-in shower and the freestanding soaking tub. Calacatta marble-look porcelain on the opposing wall and floor creates a striking tonal contrast, with veining that carries throughout the space.
A fluted oak double vanity with brushed gold round knobs and widespread faucets sits beneath dual arched LED-backlit mirrors, flanked by a crystal cylinder wall sconce. River pebble stone on the shower floor, a marble-clad half-wall partition, and bamboo Roman shades over black-framed grid windows complete the warm, layered material palette.

The centerpiece of the vanity wall is a custom fluted oak double vanity with brushed gold round knobs and widespread faucets. A quartz countertop with a subtle marble backsplash provides a clean, durable surface. Dual arched LED-backlit mirrors glow softly above, separated by a crystal cylinder wall sconce in matching gold.
The calacatta marble-look porcelain floor tile with rich gold-toned veining extends wall-to-wall, reflecting recessed lighting and creating a sense of expansive luxury throughout the space.
Natural river pebble stone on the shower floor contrasts the large-format dark slate walls. A marble-clad half-wall separates the open shower from the soaking tub, with dual oversized recessed niches for storage.
Every element of this master bathroom was selected and installed to create a cohesive, spa-level experience. The dark slate feature wall, calacatta marble surfaces, fluted oak vanity, and complete brushed gold fixture package work together to produce a space that feels both dramatic and deeply inviting.
